Children with Cancer UK new TV ad by WPN Chameleon rings the bell to keep families together

London, UK – 12 July, 2018: Children with Cancer UK’s new TV campaign by creative and digital agency WPN Chameleon (WPNC) broke last week, following a launch at the RHS Hampton Court Flower Show.

Reflecting the charity’s new branding and proposition ‘keeping families together’, WPNC’s ad celebrates the joyous moment a child rings the special bell (placed in hospitals by End of Treatment Bells) signalling the end of their cancer treatment and the momentous day they can go home from hospital with their families.

John Eversley, MD at WPNC commented, “This has been an inspiring project to be involved in and from the earliest stages we were closely aligned with the client’s vision for the bell. We are very proud of the end result, an ad that visually and audibly strikes an emotional link and beautifully communicates how the charity helps keep families together”.

Shot on location in the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children, Birmingham Children’s Hospital and Great Ormond Street Hospital, the footage will also be used in a Facebook campaign and offline activity including OOH.

This activity comes ahead of WPNC’s wider autumn campaign for the charity.
