How do we make it easier for great causes to get the funding they need?
This was our challenge from the Lloyds Bank Foundation, who wanted to make their grant application process more effective, engaging and efficient – as well as sharing past success stories to inspire more charities to apply for funding.
We started by getting under the skin of the audience, through user testing of the existing website, interviews with users and co-creation workshops with stakeholders.
The next step was to build the new website. This included creating a step-by-step application process, sharing inspiring case studies, signposting important information and bringing the look and feel in line with the organisation’s vibrant new brand. See it for yourself here.
