How do we help children across the country access the mental health support they need?
This was the challenge from leading children’s mental health charity Place2Be. They wanted to create a mobile-first website to promote their in-school services, simplify registration for their counselling training and – of course – boost vital donations.
The process was kicked off with an in-depth discovery phase – to get a deeper understanding of the organisation and the people who use it. This helped us identify three distinct user groups and create user journeys to help them find the content they need. Last but not least, we built in a frictionless donation process, using goDonate, our next-generation donation experience. You can see the final website here.
