How do you tell your organisation’s story? This was our challenge from VSO – who needed help creating a clear and cohesive fundraising case for support.
The first step was to get to know the audience. We did a deep dive into existing insights. We chatted to supporters and stakeholders, to understand what turned them on – and off. The next step was to use all this information to develop a case for support toolkit, containing key messages and creative elements, for everyone in the organisation to use.
VSO has a great story to tell – and now they have the tools to share it with donors.
