That was our thinking behind this legacy mailing, which reached out to VSO’s cohort of past volunteers – with a nostalgic mailing to rekindle their volunteering memories. And we even got a real volunteer to write the letter (with a little help from one of our copywriters).

And while the letter looked back, the ‘world map’ brochure looked forward –inspiring the reader to continue their life-changing journey by leaving a gift in their Will.
