How do we make it easier for people to give the gift of wine?
This was the challenge from popular wine-sellers Laithwaite’s Wine, who were keen to move into the lucrative gifting market.
We delivered the full gift experience package, from conducting quantitative research and running stakeholder workshops – through to developing innovative user journeys, doing user testing and designing the new website. As the website evolved, we also worked closely with the client’s own IT team to ensure everything we did worked seamlessly with their technology.
