How do you find
new supporters fast?
VSO Ireland faced a huge challenge. Their supporter base was shrinking and, after years of inactivity, brand awareness was low. So they turned to us for help to turn this around.
We hit the ground running, with qualitative and quantitative research to identify who they should be talking to. Then we targeted prospective audience on Facebook, in a twelve-week campaign, following an engage-connect-convert journey to warm the audience up for the big ask: to donate to the charity.
Next steps included a high-speed agile test-and-learn programme, to help VSO get up to speed even faster.
